Terremoto in Centro Italia: l’azione della Caritas

SWITZERLAND OUT - A view of the quake-hit town of Amatrice, central Italy covered by a white blanket of snow on January 6, 2016. Amatrice, which was reduced to rubble by the powerful earthquake of August 24, 2016 was turned white after a polar front of bad weather brought freezing temperatures to much of Italy. The snow and cold conditions have hampered ongoing efforts to secure the few buildings that remain standing and clear the rubble from those that collapsed. The earthquake killed 297 people and injured dozens of others. This is the coldest weather for 20 years. Photo by Eric Vandeville/ABACAPRESS.COM LaPresse Only italyAmatrice sotto la neve577363
